Description of project
Puertos del Estado (Spanish Ports Authority) changed the law that regulated the duration of port concessions and hired consultants to evaluate the business cases to extend the length of concessions located in the port area. Aninver was selected as an evaluation and PPP independent expert in the maritime sector.
