Aninver Development Partners has signed a new contract with the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development - ISFD, the poverty alleviation arm of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), for the Feasibility Study for a new ISFD WAQF Project.

The Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development - ISFD, the poverty alleviation arm of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), has engaged Aninver to carry out the Feasibility Study for a new ISFD WAQF Project in Cotonou, Benin.

The objective of the study is to determine the most viable and cost-effective investment that can be undertaken on the plot of land that the Government of Benin has allocated to the ISFD in Cotonou.

A team of international multidisciplinary consultants, including local Beninese sub-consultants, will follow a comprehensive approach to the study, that includes:

(i) field trips to Cotonou;

(ii) interviews with Government’s officials, real estate agents, companies and architects;

(iii) visits to existing buildings and real estate developments;

(iv) an in-depth analysis of the real estate market;

(v) the development of a complete economic and financial model; and

(vi) concept designs for three alternatives that can be developed on the site.

This is the second advisory contract of Aninver with the Islamic Development Bank Group, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The study has a duration of 3 months.
