Job description

Aninver is looking for a short-term consultant in Lesotho to join our team for a AfDB consultancy project. The assignment consists in collaborating with us on designing and developing a Procurement Portal. We are looking to hire:

A Procurement Specialist

The duties may include, among others:

Supporting the team in:

- Undertaking need assessments and reviews for procurement portal

- Studying and understanding the Public Procurement Legal Framework

The consultant may need to carry out field visits and interviews with institutions and individuals

Qualifications

The requirements are the following:

·        Post graduate qualifications in Procurement

·        At least 8 years of Public Procurement

·        Knowledge about Procurement Refoms and experience working with the public sector
