Support the developer of a new student housing development in Malaga in pre-commercialization
Description of project
CSH Málaga Propco S.L.U. is a company owned by W.P. Carey that is currently developing a new student housing complex in Málaga, which will be operated under the brand Livensa Living. The client is interested in carrying out commercialization services, prior to the opening of the project. Aninver is specialized in supporting clients in different types of projects and therefore has been awarded this new contract whose objectives are:
- Give diffusion to the project among all types of prescribers and future clients
- Support the client in the pre-commercialization of the project during the construction in order to guarantee the start of the operations with (i) updated level of knowledge of the market, (ii) certain level of occupancy and (iii) a high level of awareness of the project by potential client prescribers
Services provided
- Market intelligence: tracking of competitors' actions and projects and updates on relevant commercial information on the market
- Partnerships development: identify, contact and negotiate with potential partners for the project in order to ensure the successful launching
- Pre-commercialization services: identify, contact, negotiate and close commercial agreements with foreign language schools, public and private educational institutions, corporations and other potential commercial partners
- Communication support: communicate the project and its main benefits to relevant local, regional, national and international stakeholders
