Netflix Roadmap for Partnership with the African Development Bank
Description of project
We worked with Netflix to identify and establish a roadmap for collaboration opportunities with the African Development Bank which could enable growth in the film and TV industries across Africa. The African continent can benefit greatly from the film and TV industry, with increased demand for local content and storytelling, opportunities to develop the private sector and accelerate growth in African film and audio-visual productions. In addition to being one of the leading streaming platforms in the market worldwide, Netflix supports the development of the creative community and recognizes the significance of enhancing skills and knowledge for the prosperity of their company and the entertainment industry. As part of the project, we helped Netflix establish connections with relevant departments across the African Development Bank and facilitated discussions to determine specific areas of partnership and collaboration which could be most beneficial to all parties.
