Feasibility study of car park PPP project in Bishkek
Description of project
The Bishkek City Development Agency sought to address the city's car park issue through:
- Conducting a strategic analysis of car parks to determine appropriate actions
- Analyzing the supply and demand of car parks within the city
- Performing a feasibility study to attract private investments for car park development.
Services provided
- Technical, financial and legal assessment for the development of multi-storey car parks and the concessioning of existing street parking;
- Proposals to improve the legal and regulatory acts of PPP, if necessary;
- Recommendations and roadmap for project implementation;
- Tender documentation in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On PPP";
- Capacity building for the development of a feasibility study by the Employees / Bishkek City Development Agency and the State Agency for Promotion and Protection of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Tender documentation for the selection of a private partner for this PPP project;
