Feasibility Study for car parks in Bishkek though PPP
Description of project
The Bishkek City Development Agency would like to solve the problem of car park in the city through:
- Strategic analysis of what to do in terms of car parks in the city
- Analysis of supply and demand of carks in the city
- Feasibility study for attracting private investments in the field of car parks
Services provided
- Technical, financial and legal assessment for the development of multi-storey car parks and the concessioning of existing street parking
- Proposals to improve the legal and regulatory acts of PPP, if necessary
- Recommendations and roadmap for project implementation
- Tender documentation in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On PPP"
- Capacity building for the development of a feasibility study by the Employees / Bishkek City Development Agency and the State Agency for Promotion and Protection of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic
- Tender documentation for the selection of a private partner for this PPP project
